A Free DVD cutter that allows you to cut .VOB video files for free. Very easy to use software. No quality loss of the clip made using this software. Can enjoy the clips in your favorite DVD player with video quality as of the original DVD.

Instructions using DVD Cutter Plus:

Run DVD cutter, Press the OPEN button and browse the .VOB(DVD) file you wish to cut.
Select the starting point of the clip by moving the slider and press “Mark Start”
Again move the slider, select the end point and click the “Mark End” button.
Can preview the clip by pressing the “Play Selected” button.
Finally, just click the SAVE button the save the clip.
