Monitor Wireless Networks in your area

WirelessNetView is a small utility that runs in the background and sniffs the wireless network connections around you. Displays information like SSID, Last Signal quality, Average signal quality, Detection counter, Authentication algorithm, Cipher Algorithm, MAC Address, RSSI, Channel Frequency, Channel Number of each network detected.

Download the ZIP file, run the .exe in it and the tool will run in the background  monitoring all the wireless connections around you. The connections list is auto- refreshed  every 10 seconds, new detected wireless connections will be added to the list.

Needs a wireless network adapter.

Works on both Windows Vista and Windows XP.

If you using Windows XP SP2 you need to download an update from the Microsoft site here.
