Free Online Radio with Recorder
Nowadays there are many online radio’s available which let you listen to a variety of stations, but not stations are free (esp. your favorite). Also, you have to listen to their ads and voiceovers which can be annoying as you don’t really want to. Next, they will ask you to go for their paid version which will be ad free.
Screamer Radio is a freeware program which not only allows you to listen to your favorite station but also lets you record songs. The best feature is its Recording Buffer which allows you to start recording in the middle and still can record the entire song.
Screamer Radio is Ad free, very lightweight, easy to use, has a huge database of stations sorted by different Languages, Genres, Regions and Networks (like BBC news live)
Supported stream formats include:
- Shoutcast, and Icecast mp3 streaming format,
- Icecast OGG Vorbis streaming,
- WMA streaming,
- ACC streaming
The Recording buffer as i mentioned earlier allows you save the entire song even by pressing the Record button in the middle of the song.
