Everybody loves YouTube and love to view those videos on their cell phones. Ordinarily, you download the YouTube Flash video(.flv) using a downloader or from some website, then you have to look for a converter to convert the .flv file to the .3gp file or say .mp4 for ipod or other phones. You search all over the net then you come across some complicated or a shareware program. Now you don’t have to go through all this. YouQueue(Freeware) will let you download and convert to the desired video format. Just select the videos from website, select the output format for those videos. and let the software do the rest.

It uses the concept of Queue to download and convert all the videos one after another. To explain this in detail lets take this simple example.

Suppose you have searched and want to download 3 videos from YouTube, One is to be converted to .AVI format other one to .Mp4 and the third one just the normal .flv format.

• Just right click the video and click “Add Video to queue”
• Select the file from the conversion settings, choose the output format individually and add to queue by pressing the Add to Processing Button.
• Once you see those files in the Processing queue list click the Download/Convert button and sit back. Your file will be ready for viewing after being downloaded and converted.

You can also add an URL or a .flv file from your hard disk to convert.
