SKTime Stamp: Change File/Folder Dates and Times

In windows you cannot change the date and time of the file Created. This small shell extension program is totally free and can be useful. Installing SKTimeStamp will get a new Tab in the properties of file/folder. You can then modify the Dates and times of the file created, Modified or last accessed.
