Style7 is a Windows 7 theme generator. It uses the default Microsoft Aero theme as base and generates a new theme using blackbox styles. Blackbox styles are created with a single, simple, human-readable, configuration file.

You will need UxStyle Core or UxTheme patcher to run the Unsigned Themes created by Style7. The installer also includes classic black box themes. Now you can modify and personalize the theme the way you want.

Well, if you don’t want to put a lot of effort  in  the theme customization process and directly want some cool  Ubuntu or Mac like themes for windows7, i recommend Windows7themes.net or Windows7themes.com.
